1. Communication.
There’s nothing more fundamental to having loyal, productive and engaged employees than good communication. If you’re having problems keeping good employees, the low-hanging fruit for you may be to just start talking with – not to – your people.
2. Professionalism.
This is the aggregation of proper business, ethical and interpersonal behavior, and it’s critical to successful employee motivation. Professionalism fosters pride and employee loyalty. Demonstrate your professionalism first and then help employees achieve and value their own professionalism. And don’t forget to recognize their progress.
3. Management style.
Check yours. Are you a leader or a driver? Managers who are drivers disregard others, consume people as a means to their end, and are identified by high employee turnover. Leaders value their people and encourage them to be successful. गाेरखाकाे गाँउतिर जाडाेले कठिङ्ग्रिएर ज्यान गुमाईरहेछ।
दाेलखाकाे गाँउतिर अाैषधाेपचार नपाएर बिरामि,सुत्केरिहरु मरिरहेछन्।
दक्षिण एसियाकाे दाेस्राे गरिव मुलुक भईसकेका छन्। काठमाडाैमा २४ सै घण्टा सास फेर्न हानिकारक रहेकाे अध्ययनले देखाईसकेकाे छ।तरपनि याे देशकाे काटाे खानेहरु,अझैपनि सुकिला मञ्चमा उभिएर उदघाेष गर्दैछन्:- “याे देश बनाउने जिम्मा म र मेराे पार्टिकाे हाे। याे देश म र मेराे पार्टि बाहेक अरुले बनाउदैन। मलाई भाेट लेउ, याे देशलाई म सिंगापुर बनाउछु।।”
वा! रे वा….
धिक्कार छ नालायक तिमिहरुलाई
म चरम घृणा गर्छु तिमिहरुलाई
याे गर्छु,त्याे गर्छु, भनेर घाेक्राे सुकाएर कहिल्यै नथाक्ने महासयहरु
देश र जनताकाे यस्ताे हालत हुनेसम्म कस्काे बाउकाे टाउकाे कनाईरहेका छाै।
जवाफ छ??
चाईनासंग मतपेटिका मागेर, अाैलामा लगाउने मसिधरि भारतसंग मागेर चुनाव गरेर याे देश कायपलट गराउछु, भन्दै भुक्ने नेतृत्वकर्ताहरु तिमिहरु चाेलि र फरिया लगाएर सडकमा नाचेर हिडे हुन्छ।
तिमिहरुमा अाैकात त्यहि हाे। देश बनाउने ठेक्का पाएका ठेकेदारहरु,वरिष्ठ,हाकिमहरु,देशकाे ढुकुटि रिताएर अाफ्नाे पाेल्टाे भर्नमा व्यस्त छन्। महाभुकम्प गएकाे २ वर्ष वित्दा २ वटा ईट्टा ठडाएका छैनन्। देश बनाउने कुनै मतलव छैन। गरिवनिमुखाकाे कुनै चासाे छैन।
याे धुर्मुस सुन्तलिलाई के काे सकसक??
लाखाै रकमकाे तलवभत्ता खाएर, २ वर्षमा सिङ्काे भाँच्न सकेका छैनन्:-
याे देशकाे हड्डि चुस्नेहरुले,
अनि धुर्मुस सुन्तलि चाँहि
दुनियासंग हारगुहार गरेर, रातारात खटेर, ३ महिनामा ५०/६० घर बनाएर हस्तान्तरण गर्नु पर्ने चटाराे किन??
राजनितिकाे नाममा एउटै दाजुभाई फुटाउने,जाति,वर्ग,धर्म अलगाउने, नरपिसाचहरुकाे हैकाम चलेकाे बेला
धुर्मुस सुन्तलिलाई हिमाल,पहाड तराई तिनै क्षेत्रमा बस्ति बनाउने चिन्ता किन??
भ्रष्टचारि जेलबाट निस्कदा ६० किलाेकाे मालाले स्वागत गर्ने देश हाे,हाम्राे।।
ज्यानमुद्धा केशमा अदालतले माेस्ट वान्टेड सुचिमा राखेकाे अपराधिलाई नागरिक अभिनन्दन सहित सम्मान गर्ने देश हाे,हाम्राे।।
याे देश चाेर,फटाहा,गुण्डा,अपराधि, नैतिकताहिन,गैरजिम्मेवारहरुकाे हाे।रातदिन खटेर घरवारविहिन गरिवनिमुखाकाे बस्ति बनाउदै हिड्ने, दिनदुखिकाे अाशु पुछ्दै हिड्ने, याे दुखेकाे बेला मलहम पट्टि लगाउदै हिड्ने धुर्मुस सुन्तलिलाई देश निकाला गर्नुपर्छ।
आशाका किरण राष्ट्रका सपूत अशल इमान्दार जतिलाइ छानी छानी देश निकाला गर्नुपर्छ। किनकि याे देशमा अशल मान्छे र भगवान बस्ने वातवरण नै छैन।समय खराबको छ, अहिले त्यही खराब नकारात्मक नीति र प्रबित्ती नै जतासुकै हाबी छ।
